Terms of use

The terms for this website and the account portal. Last updated 15 October 2026.

Who these terms are with

In these terms, "Saetta AI", "we" and "us" mean the operator of this website and of the Saetta AI account portal. You can reach us at hello@saettaai.com.

The evaluation

Saetta AI is in evaluation. There are no paid plans, payments are off and nothing is offered for sale. Evaluation access is by invitation, and we decide who is invited.

We can change, pause or end the evaluation, the website, the portal or any account or key at any time, including without notice.

General information only

Everything on this site and in the portal is general information. It is not personal financial advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are responsible for your own decisions. The disclaimer and the risk warning form part of these terms.

Accounts and keys

You must be 18 or over to hold an account. Keep your password, authenticator, recovery codes and API keys secret, and tell us promptly if you think one is exposed. To sign up for an account, you must choose Australia or the United States as your country. We do not verify that choice.

Do not share an account, sell or pass on access, try to get around a limit or security control, or use the site, the portal or any output to harm anyone.

Use of outputs

Anything Saetta AI shows or sends you is for your own evaluation. Do not redistribute it, sublicense it or use it to train models without our written agreement.

No warranty

The site, the portal and every output are provided as they are, without any promise that they are accurate, complete, current or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using them or relying on them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that you have under consumer law and that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Using the site or the portal after a change means you accept the changed terms.
